Job Summary

A company is looking for a VP of FP&A.

Key Responsibilities

• Own the annual budgeting and monthly re-forecast processes, aligning them with strategic goals
• Mentor and manage a high-performing FP&A team while fostering a culture of continuous improvement
• Serve as a financial liaison with Private Equity partners, ensuring accurate reporting and communication

Required Qualifications

• 10+ years of progressive finance experience, with at least 5 years in a leadership role
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, or a related quantitative field
• Mastery of financial modeling and forecasting best practices
• Proven track record of implementing or scaling FP&A systems and processes
• Familiarity with BI and analytics platforms (e.g., Tableau)
