VP of Financial Planning & Analysis

Job Summary

A company is looking for a VP of FP&A (Financial Planning & Analysis).

Key Responsibilities

• Lead annual budgeting, long-range planning, and forecasting processes across business units
• Provide data-driven insights on revenue and profitability trends while developing KPIs
• Partner with leadership to modernize reporting infrastructure and drive a culture of continuous improvement

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field; MBA or CPA preferred
• 10+ years of progressive experience in FP&A, including leadership roles in relevant industries
• Deep understanding of Workers' Compensation, Corporate Liability, or Risk Management financial dynamics
• Proven track record of leading FP&A functions through growth and transformation
• Proficiency with ERP and BI tools (e.g., NetSuite, Workday Adaptive, Power BI, Tableau)
