VP of Financial Planning & Analysis

Job Summary

A company is looking for a VP, Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A).

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as a strategic advisor to the CFO and executive leadership on financial performance and growth opportunities
• Lead the annual operating plan and develop driver-based financial models for strategic planning
• Conduct in-depth analysis of revenue drivers and provide insights into performance against budget and strategic targets

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field
• 12-15+ years of progressive finance experience, including leadership in FP&A or corporate finance
• Experience in high-growth SaaS or recurring revenue business models
• Strong understanding of SaaS metrics and experience supporting M&A transactions
• Exceptional financial modeling skills and experience with business intelligence tools
