VP of Financial Planning & Analysis

Job Summary

Reporting to the SVP Finance, the full-time remote VP of Financial Planning & Analysis will develop and implement financial models and strategies, provide analytical insights, and support cross-functional teams to drive business performance and achieve financial targets.

Key responsibilities

• Own financial analysis, reporting, and operational efficiency, including managing the operating model and leading the monthly forecasting process
• Provide cross-functional support for capacity planning, compensation analysis, and financial aspects of strategic initiatives
• Lead the development of long-term financial models and advise senior leaders on financial matters to enhance operational efficiency

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, economics, or a related field; MBA, CFA, or CPA preferred
• 10-15 years of relevant experience in financial planning and analysis, with significant leadership experience
• Prior experience in SaaS at scale and with Private Equity is essential
• Proven success in producing timely financial models and implementing financial reporting systems
• Strong ability to analyze business trends and communicate complex financial concepts effectively
