Job Summary

A company is looking for a VP, Freelancer Community to lead strategy and operations for a global network of freelancers.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the strategy, operations, and experience of a global network of over 60k freelancers
• Build and manage a team responsible for onboarding, recruiting, quality & compliance, and engagement
• Analyze data to understand performance and satisfaction, and take action based on insights

Required Qualifications

• Experience leading a global community of freelancers or talent platforms
• Track record of building and managing high-performing teams across various functions
• Strong operational background with the ability to design scalable systems
• Comfort with data analysis to inform decision-making and priorities
• Familiarity with software testing or platform-based work models is a plus
