VP of Global Client Services

Job Summary

A company is looking for a VP of Global Client Services to provide leadership and management of client teams while driving growth and customer service delivery.

Key Responsibilities

• Ensure service performance meets or exceeds client expectations and contractual requirements
• Lead recruitment efforts and manage performance within approved budgets
• Oversee compliance with Statements of Work (SOW) and direct client transition projects

Required Qualifications

• CRP, GMS designations
• 10+ years managing client services in the mobility management or move management industry
• Minimum of 5 years' experience in a relocation customer services environment
• Ability to mentor and lead staff effectively
• Strong IT, financial management, and contract management skills
