VP of Growth

Job Summary

A company is looking for a VP of Growth to build and scale its growth engine across various channels.

Key Responsibilities

• Own and execute growth strategies across paid, organic, creators, and lifecycle channels
• Run experiments on ad creatives, funnels, and onboarding processes while building a data-driven growth model
• Lead a small, high-output team, fostering a culture of rapid execution and testing

Required Qualifications

• Proven experience in owning growth at a consumer or product-led growth company
• Deep understanding of funnels, cohorts, CAC/LTV, and payback metrics
• Experience in designing and analyzing experiments
• Comfortable working in both strategic and executional capacities
• Familiarity with AI tools and their application in marketing and growth strategies
