Job Summary

Seeking a data-driven and strategic VP of Growth Marketing, the full-time remote position will manage revenue-driving initiatives, develop holistic growth strategies, and lead multi-channel media strategies to maximize performance for armra.com.

Key responsibilities:
  • Own all revenue-driving initiatives across customer acquisition, retention, and eCommerce performance
  • Lead and scale multi-channel media strategies, optimizing campaigns to meet revenue and CAC targets
  • Build and mentor a high-performing team of growth marketers while collaborating cross-functionally to align growth goals
Required qualifications:
  • 12+ years of experience in DTC & CPG with a strong track record in scaling brands
  • Experience with subscription-focused growth and a deep understanding of eCommerce best practices
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to leverage data for decision-making
  • Exceptional organizational skills and the ability to balance creativity with analytical insights
  • Proven leadership abilities with a focus on developing high-performing teams
