VP of Growth Marketing

Job Summary

Experienced marketers will find a full-time salaried VP of Growth Marketing opportunity focused on driving pipeline generation, overseeing demand generation and marketing operations, and executing innovative strategies, with the flexibility to work remotely or from the New York office.

Key responsibilities

• Own worldwide pipeline generation and revenue targets across all online channels
• Design and implement creative distribution strategies for product launches and key market moments
• Oversee SEO/AEO strategies to attract high-intent organic traffic and ensure accurate brand representation in emerging AI platforms

Required qualifications

• 6+ years of B2B marketing experience, with at least 3 years leading demand generation or growth marketing teams
• Proven track record in high-growth enterprise B2B SaaS companies, preferably in security or technical sectors
• Direct experience managing a marketing budget and achieving pipeline/revenue targets
• Strong understanding of internet culture, trends, and algorithms
• Experience utilizing AI tools to enhance marketing effectiveness is a plus
