Job Summary
Leading the centralized Revenue Operations function, the full-time remote VP of GTM Strategy will manage territory design, account segmentation, pipeline governance, and compensation strategy while developing a scalable go-to-market operating model for the organization.
Key responsibilities
- Own territory design and account segmentation, ensuring alignment with highest-propensity accounts across all regions
- Establish pipeline governance and forecast accuracy metrics, facilitating weekly reviews and ongoing territory adjustments
- Develop and manage compensation and incentive strategies for the sales organization, ensuring alignment with desired behaviors and performance metrics
Required qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in GTM strategy or revenue operations, with at least 3 years in a senior leadership role
- Proven track record in building or restructuring centralized RevOps functions in complex B2B environments
- Direct experience with territory design, quota setting, and compensation plan architecture at scale
- Financial fluency and experience with deal-level P&L and comp plan modeling
- Background in technology distribution or systems integration, with familiarity in account segmentation and territory design tools
