Job Summary

Leading strategic workforce planning and AI integration initiatives, the full-time VP of HR - Global Finance will partner with the Global CFO to drive organizational effectiveness and enhance HR processes in a flexible or remote work environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement a comprehensive workforce planning strategy aligned with business goals
• Leverage AI technologies to enhance HR processes and provide strategic insights to business leaders
• Act as a trusted advisor to the Global CFO, contributing to organization design and development initiatives

Required Qualifications

• Proven experience leading a large, multi-national team supporting Global Finance Leadership
• Extensive experience in direct client support and management coaching
• Demonstrated expertise in finance organization design and compensation plan design
• Ability to thrive in an unstructured, high-growth environment
• Strong external brand and network within the industry
