A company is looking for a VP, HR - Growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Partner with business leaders on key business goals and objectives
• Co-lead HR programmatic work for the Growth function
• Develop HR strategies to meet business needs and manage change management efforts

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree or a high school diploma with 11+ years of HR experience
• 8+ years of HR Generalist or SME experience
• Experience supporting multiple executive level clients
• Ability and flexibility to travel for business as required
