VP of Human Resources

Job Summary

A company is looking for a VP of Human Resources - HR Business Partners and Talent Management.

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as a strategic advisor on organizational design, change management, and workforce planning
• Design and lead enterprise talent development strategies, including leadership development and succession planning
• Leverage HR metrics and analytics to monitor workforce trends and present insights to senior leadership

Required Qualifications

• 15+ years of progressive experience in HR, Talent Management, or Employee Experience roles
• Proven expertise in HR business partnering, talent acquisition, and HR analytics
• Strong understanding of HR systems and data visualization tools
• Strategic thinker with a data-driven mindset
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field; Master's degree preferred
