Job Summary

VP of Human Resources will lead the HR function in a full-time, hybrid role, partnering with senior leaders to execute people strategies aligned with business growth while overseeing global Talent Acquisition and HR Operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Partner with senior leaders to shape and execute people strategies aligned with business objectives
• Lead global Talent Acquisition and HR Operations teams to ensure efficient service delivery and scalable recruitment processes
• Drive consistency in HR policies across jurisdictions while improving employee experience and organizational effectiveness

Required Qualifications

• Experience in life sciences, medical technology, or highly regulated industries
• Track record in scale-up or high-growth environments, with experience in multinational organizations
• Strong working knowledge of diverse HR areas, including current trends and best practices
• Experience operating across multiple geographies, specifically in the US, UK, and EMEA
• Prior experience building or leading HR Shared Services or HR Operations functions preferred
