VP of Information Security

Job Summary

A company is looking for a VP of Information Security to lead and manage its information security strategy, program, and operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement a comprehensive global information security strategy aligned with business objectives
• Establish and lead the security operations center and incident response teams
• Provide strategic direction for secure enterprise and cloud infrastructure design and implementation

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Security, or a related field
• 12+ years of progressive experience in information security, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role
• Proven experience in developing and executing an enterprise-wide information security program
• Demonstrated experience in managing security incidents and leading crisis response efforts
• Bonus points for experience leading HiTrust, ISO, SOC, or FedRamp/GovRamp audits
