VP of Innovation
Job Summary
Owning the product roadmap for the Integration Platform and Analytics, the full-time VP of Innovation will lead Horizon 3 innovation while managing a dual mandate of delivering reliable software and pioneering AI solutions for manufacturing environments, with the flexibility to work remotely.
Key responsibilities
- Own and prioritize the product roadmap for Redzone's Integration Platform and Analytics, ensuring consistent value delivery to customers
- Manage Horizon 3 innovation as a portfolio, rapidly evaluating and scaling successful initiatives while discontinuing less effective ones
- Lead engineering teams to simultaneously execute the product roadmap and run an innovation lab, fostering collaboration and efficiency
Required qualifications
- 15+ years of IT/OT innovation experience in manufacturing with a proven track record of impactful technology deployment
- Deep experience with major ERPs such as QAD, SAP, Oracle, MS Dynamics, and Infor
- Experience in MES, WMS, and connected worker platforms, including their integration on the plant floor
- Proven leadership in both product and engineering teams, with direct experience in computer vision or physical AI applications
- Familiarity with predictive maintenance, IoT, and operational simulation approaches
