VP of Innovation
Job Summary
Owning the product roadmap for Redzone's Integration Platform and Analytics, the full-time VP of Innovation will lead the innovation engine for the Connected Workforce Platform while managing a portfolio of product spikes to drive manufacturing technology advancements in a remote environment.
Key responsibilities
- Own and prioritize the product roadmap for the Integration Platform and Analytics, ensuring customer trust and value delivery
- Manage Horizon 3 innovation as an investment portfolio, quickly eliminating unsuccessful initiatives and scaling successful ones
- Lead engineering teams to simultaneously ship the product roadmap and operate an innovation lab effectively
Required qualifications
- 15+ years of IT/OT innovation experience in manufacturing with a proven track record of impactful technology deployment
- Deep experience with major ERPs like QAD, SAP, Oracle, MS Dynamics, and Infor
- Proven leadership experience across both product and engineering teams
- Direct experience with computer vision or physical AI in industrial settings
- Familiarity with predictive maintenance, IoT, and operational simulation approaches
