VP of Investor Relations

Job Summary

Leading global investor engagement and capital markets strategy, the full-time remote VP of Investor Relations will manage investor relationships, communicate the company's technology and growth story, and support major financing and strategic transactions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and execute the investor relations and capital markets strategy
• Build and maintain strong relationships with institutional investors and financial stakeholders globally
• Prepare and deliver investor materials, including presentations and strategic messaging

Required Qualifications:

• Significant experience in investor relations, investment banking, or corporate finance
• Proven track record of large capital raises or strategic transactions
• Strong ability to communicate complex technology and growth strategies to investors
• Experience engaging with global investors and financial institutions
• Strategic mindset with experience in energy, infrastructure, or technology sectors
