Job Summary

Leading the company's engagement with the investment community, the remote VP of Investor Relations will develop communication strategies regarding financial performance and long-term vision while fostering relationships with institutional investors and analysts.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute a comprehensive strategy for communicating the organization's financial performance and strategic priorities to the investment community
• Oversee the preparation and execution of investor calls and presentations, ensuring accuracy and regulatory compliance
• Monitor market trends and competitor performance to inform internal strategy and enhance external messaging

Required qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in investor relations, equity research, or related fields
• Proven track record of building relationships with institutional investors and equity research analysts
• Deep understanding of financial statements and capital markets
• Exceptional communication and presentation skills
• Demonstrated success in high-growth, entrepreneurial environments
