VP of IT and Analytics

Job Summary

Providing strategic leadership for enterprise technology and data initiatives, the full-time remote VP of IT and Analytics will oversee IT infrastructure, cloud transformation, and data governance while partnering with executive leadership to enhance technology capabilities and data-driven decision-making.

Key responsibilities:

• Provide executive oversight of IT Infrastructure, Information Security, and Business Intelligence functions
• Lead technology modernization initiatives, including cloud transformation and systems optimization
• Establish and maintain enterprise data governance and reporting standards to support organizational goals

Required qualifications:

• 15+ years of experience in IT, with 8+ years in a leadership role
• Master's Degree in Computer Science, Business, or a related field
• CGEIT, CISSP, CAP Certification, CSM, or CPBI certification preferred
• Experience in executive leadership within non-profit organizations, preferably in healthcare or human services
• High level of experience in project management and leading remote teams
