VP of IT Infrastructure

Job Summary

Transforming the global infrastructure landscape, the full-time salaried VP of IT Infrastructure will lead the modernization and unification of disparate TechOps groups across the organization while operating in a remote capacity.

Key responsibilities

• Unify and consolidate infrastructure teams across acquired entities into a single global function with standardized processes and culture
• Drive cloud modernization initiatives and optimize on-premises and cloud infrastructure for performance and reliability
• Establish operational excellence through defined SLAs, incident management, and business continuity standards across the infrastructure estate

Required qualifications

• 15+ years of progressive experience in infrastructure technology leadership
• 5+ years in a VP or senior director role overseeing large, globally distributed infrastructure teams
• Proven success in transforming infrastructure organizations in multi-entity or post-acquisition environments
• Deep expertise in data center operations, cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP), and enterprise systems management
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field; advanced degree preferred
