Job Summary
To lead capability building across the organization, the full-time remote VP of Learning and Development will manage the enterprise learning strategy, oversee internal communication related to learning, and enhance core systems and platforms supporting educational initiatives.
Key responsibilities
- Develop and implement an enterprise learning strategy for key employee groups
- Oversee the internal communication approach to ensure clarity and effectiveness in learning initiatives
- Manage core systems and platforms, including LMS and AI-enabled tools, to support learning quality and governance
Required qualifications
- 10-15+ years of experience in learning, talent, or workforce capability roles
- Experience in supporting learning for providers, preferably in healthcare services or medical group environments
- Proven ability to operate in high-ambiguity, fast-paced environments
- Experience collaborating with senior executives and clinical leaders
- Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree (MBA, MHA, MPH, or similar) preferred
