A company is looking for a Vice President of Legal Operations in Construction Law.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee legal department strategy and operations
• Manage contract drafting, negotiation, and compliance
• Provide guidance on legal matters, compliance, and risk mitigation

Required Qualifications:

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school
• Licensed attorney with active membership in good standing with the state bar association
• Minimum of 10 years of experience practicing law, with a focus on construction law preferred
• Proven track record of leadership and management in a legal or compliance role
• Strategic thinker with the ability to anticipate legal issues and develop proactive solutions
