A company is looking for a VP, Life, Disability, Absence, & Regional/National Markets.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide strategic leadership for new product development and ongoing management of non-medical insurance products
• Oversee the entire product life cycle from planning to post-implementation monitoring
• Drive cross-enterprise collaboration to position products competitively in the market

Required Qualifications

• 12+ years of group product development and/or product management experience
• 5+ years of managerial and strategic experience influencing senior management
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
• Deep knowledge of product development and management best practices
• Understanding of group benefits plan designs and funding processes
