Job Summary
To drive the overall marketing strategy, the full-time salaried VP of Marketing will oversee brand management, lead generation, and market analytics while managing a team remotely.
Key responsibilities
- Develop and implement the marketing strategy for brand awareness and student acquisition across multiple brands
- Lead and manage a team, including hiring, onboarding, and performance management
- Direct agency execution across various marketing channels and ensure compliance with contracts and budgets
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field
- Minimum of 10 years of progressive marketing experience, including 5 years in a leadership role
- At least 5 years of direct people management experience
- Proven success in directing integrated marketing programs across digital and traditional channels
- Strong analytical skills with experience in using marketing analytics tools and KPI frameworks
