Job Summary
To lead the strategic vision and operational standards for inventory management as the company scales, the remote VP of Merchandise Planning, Allocation, and Inventory Management will oversee planning functions, enhance decision-making processes, and drive inventory health metrics while collaborating with cross-functional leaders.
Key responsibilities
- Define and develop high-performance team standards and operating cadence for Merchandise Planning
- Own the inventory strategy, including decisions on drop-shipping and SKU management based on market needs

Required qualifications
