Job Summary

A company is looking for a VP of Sales, Mid-Market.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and implement the end-to-end sales process for the Mid-Market segment
  • Drive the entire revenue engine, including prospecting strategies and closing deals
  • Lead the scaling of the sales team from 10 to 40+ remote representatives


Qualifications
  • 8+ years of B2B SaaS sales leadership experience with a proven track record in team building
  • Deep familiarity with the Salesforce ecosystem or DevOps/Data Management industries
  • Hands-on problem solver with a preference for active involvement in sales processes
  • Experience managing a remote organization of 30+ people and developing leaders
  • Expert understanding of CRM hygiene and outbound prospecting methodologies
