Job Summary

A company is looking for a VP of Operational Excellence.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead enterprise-wide deployment and evolution of the Veralto Enterprise System (VES)
• Accelerate business results by applying VES Fundamentals and Operational Excellence tools
• Facilitate continuous improvement and problem-solving initiatives across the organization

Required Qualifications

• 10+ years of Operations or Engineering leadership experience
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Business
• Experience as Plant Manager or Director of Operations or higher
• Mastery of VES Fundamentals and strong practitioner-level Operational Excellence experience
• Capability and desire to advance into a senior Operations or General Management role
