VP of Operations

Job Summary

A company is looking for a VP of Operations to oversee performance and execution in a remote setting.

• Design and implement the company's operating rhythm and accountability measures
• Refine company scorecard and run regular performance reviews for continuous improvement

Required Qualifications

• 7-10 years in operations leadership roles within tech-enabled services or similar businesses
• Experience managing and improving performance metrics such as service quality and client retention
• Proven ability to implement and enhance existing operational systems
• Direct experience coaching functional leads across various operational areas
• Strong data literacy with the ability to drive decisions based on KPIs
