VP of Operations

Job Summary

Leading the operational strategy for a rapidly growing mental health organization, the full-time VP of Operations will build and enhance systems across People Operations, Clinical Operations, and Licensing, Compliance & Credentialing to ensure seamless scalability while maintaining a supportive culture and high-quality care, all in a fully remote capacity.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee the development and implementation of operational systems that support the organization's growth and clinical excellence
• Lead the People Operations function to create effective talent pipelines and enhance employee experience
• Collaborate with clinical leadership to ensure operational infrastructure meets the needs of care teams and facilitates exceptional patient care

Required qualifications

• 10+ years of leadership experience in high-growth organizations, particularly in healthcare operations
• Proven track record of building and scaling complex operational organizations
• Strong analytical skills with a data-driven approach to improving organizational performance
• Experience in multi-state healthcare operations, including licensing, compliance, or credentialing
• Exceptional people leadership skills with a focus on developing high-performing teams
