Job Summary

A company is looking for a VP of Operations, AI Simulation.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide operational support and leadership to BioSim and ChemSim divisions, optimizing resource allocation and scaling systems
• Lead capacity management and transition to scaled operations, managing headcount models and compute budgets
• Oversee tactical execution, track milestones, and manage resource allocation while ensuring team culture remains high-performing

Required Qualifications

• Deep experience in operational leadership, preferably as a COO or similar role in venture-backed startups
• Familiarity with AI or heavy-compute environments, translating research needs into tactical execution
• Experience in conducting root-cause analysis on operational and human dynamics issues
• Proven track record of scaling new business verticals or units
• Experience managing global, remote-first teams through significant organizational change
