Job Summary

A company is looking for a VP of Operations & Growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Support the President in business development, operations, and brand growth
• Manage a team of Franchise Business Coaches and ensure effective communication and performance monitoring
• Drive sales growth and develop sales procedures while collaborating with marketing and evaluating new service offerings

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree from a four-year college or university
• Minimum of five years of relevant business, franchising, and/or home inspection experience
• Experience with CRM/Operating systems preferred
• Leadership-oriented personality with the ability to motivate subordinates
• Ability to analyze and interpret financial statements and business law
