Job Summary

A company is looking for a VP of Operations, Insurance (Remote).

Key Responsibilities

Set strategy for technology growth and partner with development teams on new solutions
Preserve and enhance top line revenue for the Insurance line of business
Oversee and improve the end-to-end operating model for new client intake and service protocols

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in business administration, health care administration, or relevant field
10 to 15 years' experience in healthcare transactions related to Insurance practices
Prior P&L and budget management experience
Experience leading a team of 250 or more, both onsite and remote
Strong analytical skills for performance assessment and business improvement recommendations
