Job Summary

A company is looking for a VP, Partner Development (Retail Media).

Key Responsibilities
  • Own new business development for a post-transaction monetization platform, focusing on Tier 1 and Tier 2 merchants
  • Build and execute a territory plan to identify and win merchant partnerships that drive transactional scale
  • Lead all aspects of the sales process, including prospecting, needs assessment, deal negotiation, and partner onboarding
Required Qualifications
  • 8+ years of enterprise sales or strategic partnerships experience in commerce media, retail media, or AdTech/MarTech
  • Proven ability to close 7-figure deals with senior-level stakeholders
  • Deep understanding of the post-purchase space and retail checkout monetization
  • Commercially savvy with strong business acumen for building ROI models
  • Self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced, high-growth environment
