VP of Partner Product Solutions

Job Summary

Working remotely, the full-time VP of Partner Product Solutions will manage partner-facing product support, product design, and implementation coordination, ensuring successful partner program launches and ongoing performance improvements.

Key responsibilities

• Own demo readiness for strategic partner conversations and tailor demos for prospective partners
• Translate partner requirements into product specifications and lead design for customer journeys
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams on implementation needs and ensure successful onboarding and launch processes

Required qualifications

• Minimum bachelor's degree
• 7+ years of experience in product management, partner solutions, or product strategy, preferably in fintech or B2B financial services
• Strong ability to convert partner requests into clear product requirements and implementation plans
• Experience working with cross-functional teams, including Engineering, Marketing, and Operations
• Familiarity with credit products, customer onboarding, and payment/settlement flows is highly valuable
