• Build a reusable payer contracting playbook and manage ongoing payer relationships
• Utilize AI tools to enhance analysis and streamline the contracting process

Required Qualifications

• Direct operating experience in a US health plan, payer, TPA, or network services organization
• Deep understanding of payer economics and contracting lifecycle
• Strong financial analysis and modeling skills related to healthcare contracts
• Proven track record of closing complex healthcare contracts
• Experience using AI tools to improve operational efficiency
