Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement systems to enhance performance and reinforce cultural standards
• Act as a strategic partner to leadership, facilitating effective people management and feedback loops
• Oversee the entire employee lifecycle, from recruitment and onboarding to performance management and exits

Required Qualifications

• Experience as a People leader in a scale-up environment, preferably in deep tech, healthcare, or biotech
• Strong understanding of compensation, performance management, and organizational design
• Ability to operate with incomplete information and make decisive actions
• Experience in guiding companies through significant transitions, such as commercialization phases
• High empathy combined with a high-performance standard
