Job Summary

To support a pivotal growth phase, the full-time remote VP of People will build and manage the people function, focusing on talent acquisition, HR infrastructure, and organizational development while partnering closely with the CEO and CSO.

Key Responsibilities
  • Own end-to-end recruiting operations and develop workforce planning aligned with company growth strategies
  • Evaluate and implement scalable HRIS platforms and establish compliance frameworks for a growing workforce
  • Serve as a strategic advisor on organizational design and leadership development, ensuring alignment with company culture and values
Required Qualifications
  • 8+ years of progressive HR leadership experience in high-growth B2B SaaS or technology companies
  • Proven ability to establish HR infrastructure, including HRIS implementation and multi-state compliance
  • Deep expertise in talent acquisition, total rewards, HR operations, and organizational development
  • Strong knowledge of employment law and best practices for managing diverse workforces
  • Undergraduate degree from a top-tier university; MBA or advanced degree is a plus
