Job Summary
To support a growing organization, the full-time salaried VP of People will design and operationalize innovative People systems, focusing on value creation, performance philosophy, and talent development in a remote work environment.
Key responsibilities
- Set and execute the People agenda across the organization, ensuring every initiative connects to measurable outcomes
- Redesign hiring and onboarding processes to foster a culture of leverage and performance while managing the employee lifecycle
- Develop and implement a compensation architecture that aligns with profit-sharing based on demonstrated value and performance metrics
Required qualifications
- 8+ years of progressive People or HR leadership experience, including 3+ years at a Director or Head-of-People level
- Experience building People systems from scratch in startup or high-growth environments
- Deep expertise in compensation design, performance philosophy, and employee lifecycle management
- Strong analytical capabilities and executive presence in a founder-led environment
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, Psychology, or a related field
