Job Summary

To support a growing public, remote-first company, the full-time VP of People will design and implement systems that enhance employee engagement, culture, and communication while managing a small HR Operations and strategic HRBP team.

Key responsibilities

• Designing and implementing engagement and retention strategies that align with company goals
• Creating effective communication rhythms to ensure clarity of company strategy across all geographies
• Building a learning organization by redefining manager capabilities for distributed teams

Required qualifications

• Experience managing teams outside the United States and understanding international employment realities
• Proven track record of scaling a company through the 500-1000 employee range with international expansion
• Hands-on experience in building frameworks and engaging teams in the development process
• Familiarity with using AI agents in daily work processes
• Strong commitment to enhancing workplace culture in a remote environment
