Job Summary

A company is looking for a VP of People and Culture.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement human resources strategy and talent management processes
  • Provide leadership and guidance on labor relations, employee retention, and employee relations
  • Collaborate with executives to improve work processes and enhance employee engagement

Required Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in human resources, organizational leadership, or related field
  • 8-10 years of progressive HR leadership experience, preferably in a service industry
  • Experience in talent acquisition, talent management, and employee relations
  • Demonstrated experience in solving complex challenges and building programs for hourly workforces
  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to communicate effectively with various stakeholders
