Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

- Oversee recruitment efforts and enhance employee engagement through various programs
- Manage performance management frameworks and ensure compliance with labor laws
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or certification in human resources preferred
- HR certification (e.g., PHR/SPHR/SHRM-CP) strongly preferred
- Minimum of 10 years of relevant experience, including 5 years in a managerial role
- Proven experience in senior HR roles with deep knowledge of HR functions
