Job Summary

A company is looking for a Vice President of People and Culture to lead its People and Culture team and drive HR strategic priorities.

Key Responsibilities

Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree or certification in human resources preferred
  • HR certification (e.g., PHR/SPHR/SHRM-CP) strongly preferred
  • Minimum of 10 years of relevant experience, including 5 years in a managerial role
  • Proven experience in senior HR roles with deep knowledge of HR functions
