Job Summary

A nonprofit organization is seeking a Vice President of People, Culture, and Equity.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and advance internal People, Culture, and Equity strategy
  • Establish comprehensive JEDI strategies and oversee HR programs
  • Provide leadership to JEDI staff committee and executive representation

Qualifications:
  • Minimum five years of Executive level experience
  • Demonstrated leadership promoting collaboration and inclusivity
  • In-depth knowledge of DEI principles and best practices
  • Commitment to justice, equity, diversity, and inclusion
  • High degree of cultural intelligence
