- Develop and advance internal People, Culture, and Equity strategy
- Establish comprehensive JEDI strategies and oversee HR programs
- Provide leadership to JEDI staff committee and executive representation
Qualifications:
- Minimum five years of Executive level experience
- Demonstrated leadership promoting collaboration and inclusivity
- In-depth knowledge of DEI principles and best practices
- Commitment to justice, equity, diversity, and inclusion
- High degree of cultural intelligence
