Required Qualifications

• 15+ years of progressive experience in HR/People leadership roles
• 5+ years in a senior leadership capacity within high-growth technology or SaaS companies
• Strong expertise in talent acquisition, performance management, and HR operations
• Experience supporting global teams and navigating multi-jurisdictional employment practices
• Data-driven mindset with experience leveraging people analytics
