Job Summary
Empowering a growing team, the full-time remote VP of People Operations will lead talent acquisition efforts, design scalable people systems, and enhance organizational effectiveness to support the company's ambitious growth goals.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the recruiting pipeline, sourcing candidates, conducting interviews, and optimizing hiring channels
- Design and implement people systems for onboarding, retention, and performance management aligned with business objectives
- Provide insights and data-driven recommendations to leadership to improve workforce effectiveness and support decision-making
Required Qualifications
- 3-5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, preferably in remote or e-commerce environments
- 5+ years of progressive HR or people operations experience with leadership responsibility
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field
- Experience in managing contractor-centric or distributed teams
- Strong understanding of contractor classification, employment law, and risk mitigation
