Job Summary

Empowering a growing team, the full-time remote VP of People Operations will lead talent acquisition efforts, design scalable people systems, and enhance organizational effectiveness to support the company's ambitious growth goals.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage the recruiting pipeline, sourcing candidates, conducting interviews, and optimizing hiring channels
  • Design and implement people systems for onboarding, retention, and performance management aligned with business objectives
  • Provide insights and data-driven recommendations to leadership to improve workforce effectiveness and support decision-making
Required Qualifications
  • 3-5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, preferably in remote or e-commerce environments
  • 5+ years of progressive HR or people operations experience with leadership responsibility
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field
  • Experience in managing contractor-centric or distributed teams
  • Strong understanding of contractor classification, employment law, and risk mitigation
