VP of People Operations

Job Summary

Seeking a strategic and hands-on VP of People Operations, the full-time remote position will lead global talent strategy, oversee HR operations, and serve as a trusted advisor to the executive team while fostering a high-performing and inclusive culture.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee global recruiting, onboarding, and performance management to enhance employee engagement and organizational culture
• Serve as a member of the executive team, presenting to the Board of Directors and guiding strategic HR initiatives
• Lead HR operations and compliance, ensuring operational efficiency and regulatory adherence as the company scales

Required qualifications

• 12+ years of progressive HR or People leadership experience in fast-growing, distributed organizations
• Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or Psychology; Master's degree or MBA preferred
• Professional certifications such as SHRM-SCP or SPHR are preferred
• Strong business acumen and deep knowledge of labor law with exceptional conflict resolution skills
• Proven ability to build trusting relationships and influence across all levels of the organization
