VP of People Operations
Job Summary
To support a growing organization, the full-time remote VP of People Operations will architect and execute People operations strategies, oversee talent acquisition, and ensure compliance while serving as a strategic partner to the executive team.
Key responsibilities
- Own and drive the recruiting and hiring strategy from workforce planning to onboarding for a global, remote-first team
- Serve as a strategic partner on the executive leadership team, integrating People initiatives with business objectives and managing M&A integration
- Lead a high-functioning HR team while managing the company's personnel expenses and designing a competitive compensation and benefits framework
Required qualifications
- 12+ years of progressive HR or People leadership experience in fast-growing, distributed organizations
- Strong business acumen and deep knowledge of labor law
- Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or Psychology; a Master's degree or MBA is highly preferred
- Professional certifications such as SHRM-SCP or SPHR are preferred
