VP of People Strategy

Job Summary

A company is looking for a VP, People (Advisory) to shape and drive the people strategy across the Advisory business.

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as a trusted advisor and strategic partner to the President, Advisory, executing the people agenda
• Lead organizational design, workforce planning, and skill building to ensure growth and innovation
• Champion diversity, equity, and inclusion, ensuring diverse talent thrives within the Advisory team

Required Qualifications

• Significant experience in senior People leadership roles within complex, global organizations
• Experience in supporting Advisory capabilities, Consulting Services, or legal firms in the health space
• Proven success in designing and delivering people strategies that drive measurable business impact
• Strong knowledge of global People practices, employment trends, and regulatory frameworks
• Executive presence with the ability to influence at the C-Suite level
