VP of Portfolio Strategy

Job Summary

To support the operational backbone of the Solutions team, the full-time remote VP of Portfolio Strategy will manage the operating rhythm, oversee portfolio governance, and synthesize cross-portfolio strategies while acting as a trusted advisor to the EVP of Solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Design and manage the Solutions team operating cadence and metrics tracking
• Maintain the growth bet registry and ensure consistency in the cross-portfolio ICP framework
• Facilitate monthly portfolio reviews and manage the intake process for new solution requests

Required qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in strategy operations, transformation, or corporate strategy, preferably in healthcare SaaS
• Senior ex-consultant profile or prior Chief of Staff experience at enterprise scale
• Strong project orchestration skills with experience in governance processes
• Proven team leadership experience with the ability to build and develop small teams
• Crisp written communication skills for drafting executive materials and decision memos
