Job Summary
To enhance preneed sales, the full-time VP of Preneed Sales will establish professional relationships with funeral homes, ensuring compliance with industry regulations while collaborating closely with the COO in a remote work environment.
Key responsibilities:
- Build and maintain relationships with funeral homes to ensure excellent service and generate referrals
- Ensure compliance with state and industry regulations by accurately completing required documents and conducting audits
- Report progress to the COO and submit all required documentation and reports in a timely manner
Required qualifications:
- Proven experience in sales or marketing, preferably within the funeral or insurance industry
- Strong understanding of state and industry regulations related to preneed sales
- Ability to develop and maintain professional relationships with clients
- Experience in revenue generation and meeting sales targets
- Willingness to participate in training initiatives and maintain industry knowledge
